Maja Woollen Cushion Cover - Multi
The Maja woollen cushion cover takes cues from the bold, cosy interiors of the 1960s and 1970s.
Città designer Imogen Tunnicliffe drew inspiration from mid-century aesthetics, particularly ‘rya’ rugs. The thick, textured wool pieces were first used as bed covers in 15th-century Scandinavia and later gained popularity in American homes.
The cushion features a pattern hand-painted by Imogen, showing abstract interpretations of elements from her home. The front is made from soft, fluffy wool, while the back is made from heavyweight cotton canvas.
